 Excellence is improving what you have to offer (is the gradual result of getting to do things better). It is not a skill but an attitude. Why people fail to excel? 1. They don't believe in themselves 2. They don't believe it can happen 3. They don't believe in their capacity 4. They are not willing to pay the prize 5. Ignorance 6. Pride 7. Moving with wrong people Why you need to excel in life? You need to excel because men will only celebrate men and women of excellence. Note: Your thought plays a major role in you achieving excellence. You dont command the Spirit of excellence into your life instead you relate with it. It is a conscious effort. Speaking in tongues, church activities alone will not automatically bring down Spirit of excellence. You have to constantly, continuously and consciously work towards an excellence Spirit with the grace of God.

 Lessons from the Ant. You can learnt wisdom from the ant. Proverb 6:6; 30:25. What to learnt? 1. Ant are social insert. No physical strength, but do mighty. Proverb 6:6-11. 2. They can find their way into anywhere. They perform excellently well. 3. Higher percentage of ant are workers, providing for any community they serve. 4. They are relentless. Whatever they lay their hand to do, they finish it (they never quit until the work is done. 2 Peter 3:14; Hebrews 6:10-11). 5. They can lift any object above their weight. They always work in unity. 1 Corinthians 1:10. 6 They have division of labour (well organised). 7. They have a target (vision), and not lazy. 8. They can survive any ecosystem.  9. They can take risk for their Queen. 10. They gather(provide) their need in summer. 11. They are wise. Proverb 10:5; 12:11; Romans 12:11; Galatians 2:1-2.
